The Phelps Local Planning Committee is recommending the following projects to New York State for potential funding through the NY Forward Program. These projects were selected following a competitive application and evaluation process. New York State will make the final decision on which of the recommended projects will receive NY Forward funding. Not all recommended projects will receive funding.
